Once again, we find ourselves at a final episode with Conan O'Brien. However, this isn't like the other times. There isn't uncertainty about where to find him next. There isn't the relief that he'll be back on my television soon with nightly shows.
He's going to HBO Max with a weekly show.
It's truly the end of an era and I will miss what we had together while being grateful for what we shared together. I never got to see a taping in person, but through LiveJournal, through Facebook, I've been able to meet other fans and crew who have grown to be wonderful friends.
In times of trial, his Tonight show speech still comes to me.
