My Birthday Update
Dec. 19th, 2007 07:47 pmTHANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES!!!
Sunday morning, I opened my birthday cards and my mom helped me streak my hair blue!! I've done anything like that to it before and wanted to try it.
Then, I went to work where they continued the tradition of not bothering to realize that it was my birthday.
At night, I ate a snowball, which is like a chocolate cupcake surrounded by butter cream that's been dunked in coconut flakes, while watching Eddie Izzard on BBC America...love that man.
When my mom got home from her work, we went to Walgreens where I had ten dollars to spend because she'd already gotten me the 25th anniversary Care Bear a month ago. At Walgreens, I got a singing dog that rocks on a sleigh and the Happy Birthday Beanie Baby.
The next day, we got together with my brother, Mark, and saw Enchanted again. I actually liked it a lot better the second time. I liked it the first time, but the second viewing made me realize it would be in my personal top ten for the year.
We also ate at Village Inn and stopped at Target where they had the Colin Firth Pride & Prejudice for only twenty bucks!!!
The cashier also asked if the blue was natural and said that it complimented my eyes.
All in all, it was a good birthday and you all contributed to it. I checked email and FList as much as possible.

Have you seen it? It's a bit bizarre because he uses the exact same accent as he does for DW, think about it, DW as Casanova!
And then it's written by Rusty so some parts...some parts are unintentionally funny, like, "Did you call for a doctor?"
It ended up being really sad though
When you saw Enchanted, did you notice the name of the first store on their shopping spree?

Date: 2007-12-20 02:28 pm (UTC)There was a few other people I recognized as well, like Rose Byrne, Peter O'Toole and the Gypsy mom from Golden Compass.
But, you remember when they were in France and he called over Jack to watch and then he got this look on his face and I had to laugh because he had the, "I'm surrounded by insane idiots" look that he gets on DW sometimes.
Thank goodness for Youtube, I tried to watch it on Tv Links a couple months ago but it was all one giant file and my computer didn't like that at all.
As for the store in Enchanted, it was called "Calypso".
