Being Human and Miracle Day

So, if the plot-line of Torchwood: Miracle Day is that no one can actually die, how is that different from season three of Being Human except the difference in cast and lack of werewolves and vampires?

:D In Torchwood, I think they're hell-bent on reversing it and I believe that they will in the end. :)

In Torchwood, it's an alien threat. Because the people who can't die AREN'T like Jack, but they're more like OWEN in Dead Man Walking. So with no one being able to die, there will be a population boom and ... the world will end.
