In the words of valoscope, this episode is SO GOOD FOR FICS.

It answered questions yet created so much more and I couldn't help watching the "If you were to conceive a baby in the TARDIS" conversation without thinking of all the fics with Jack and Ianto...

Moffat has given us a real gift here. Ugh, I want it to be fall NOW.

However, we will have ways of making the time pass, not only writing Janto baby fics with the TARDIS and Sontaran nurses, but playing SPOT the STAR WARS REFERENCE!

There were at least three last night and Christmas Carol had one, too.

Also, I want the Victorian lesbians from DW to meet the Victorian lesbians from Torchwood. I know it couldn't end well, but it needs to happen regardless.

I really liked the misdirect with the soldier. I almost fell for it. As it is though, how does one go from New York to a forest planet? Or was the forest planet before Florida?

So, did anyone watch Red Faction: Origins? I only have two slots on the DVR so it decided I was watching DW instead. I watched a bit before I went to bed but I wasn't the most patient viewer.

"Where's Ian...I mean Gareth!!! When does he hook up with blonde girl? Where is he?"

I'm beginning to think he's only in it for like three scenes but I hope I'm wrong.

You actually had to have patience because he s only in the second half of the film but you do see him afterwards alot

He's in it a bit, but I'd only watch it to see him. Low, low budget, tropes galore, bad special effects, but hey, I'll look at him and listen to those Welsh vowels anytime

Lorna, she seemed extremely curious about Amy, she mentioned meeting the Doctor as a girl just as River described, she mentioned a place that River also mentioned and when she died, the Doctor mentioned "watching us run" as River had.
