However, my mom did have two concerns:

1. Since his approval rating is lower than last time, would our car be in danger for having the sticker?

Then, we pulled behind a SUV that still had their McCain/Palin sticker so...

2. How should we put the sticker on?

We don't do stickers or magnets or anything on the outside of the car. We had the '08 sticker attached using fishing line and paper clips to a headrest...we have a hatchback...but the sun and Florida warmth warped and/or melted it into deformation. We're not sure what we're going to do with the new one so it won't happen again especially since it'll have to survive for over a year until the election.

Any ideas?

They make these magnet things, maybe you can stick the sticker on one and cut around it to the right size? They're kind of a rubbery flat magnet.

IDK, I live in a pretty red voting area and people put all kinds of signs on their lawn. I don't know that anybody would mess with your car.

Don't have any stickers, but I would like a TARDIS one.
