Immodium AD alternatives

Does anyone know any natural alternatives to Immodium AD?
I don't need it now but I'd like to know for the future since I'm definitely allergic to Immodium AD.

Laurie Butrick There are a few natural remedies but to know which one, you need to know what the cause of needing it is. A lot of times better to do nothing as the body is removing toxins from your system

Tami Pietrosanti Brown The same thing you give a child for diarrhea....the BRAT diet....bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. And drink lots of fluids. The diet is low in protein, fat, and fiber which helps firm up stools. But its only short term recommended because its low in nutrients.

Nancy Golden-Burton I cannot use Imodium AD but I can use plain Imodium. sometimes it isn't caused by toxins.
