Verizon dumped Tampa Bay and sold us to Frontier Communication. Friday was their transition day which meant Friday night, I was suddenly without Fios for 4 and a half hours and I burned through .5 GB on my T-Mobile data. Naturally, I took to Twitter to complain. This REALLY happened:

Wow. WOW. That's some truly awful, unaware customer service right there. It's awesome when a company has attentive social media to reply to and deal with problems but WOW.

Yeah, I've had some clueless autoreplies before but this was...the absolute worst. I was in shock.
