Verizon dumped Tampa Bay and sold us to Frontier Communication. Friday was their transition day which meant Friday night, I was suddenly without Fios for 4 and a half hours and I burned through .5 GB on my T-Mobile data. Naturally, I took to Twitter to complain. This REALLY happened:

Sounds like some serious copy pasta fail. They should take note that even if you have an auto response on hand, you should at least read the complaint.

I've wondered in the past, and wonder here, whether some companies haven't actually begun to do the equivalent of call centers with their social media, which is why you get unhelpful responses, as well as why some companies have had really weird posts.

Yeah, I've definitely gotten some autoreplies before from companies I've complained about but this was...this was almost unbelievable.
